WFH - Lead Development Representative
Virtualite is a Business Process Outsourcing Services company that helps entrepreneurs and organizations streamline operations through virtual support and digital process management. They are currently seeking a Lead Development Representative to identify, engage, and qualify prospective clients while collaborating with sales and onboarding teams to support conversions.

Responsibilities
Identify and engage prospective clients through outbound calls, emails, and digital outreach
Qualify leads by understanding business needs, challenges, and decision-making authority
Educate prospects on Virtualite’s services and value proposition
Schedule discovery calls and hand off qualified opportunities to sales team members
Maintain accurate lead activity, notes, and pipeline data in CRM systems
Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly outreach goals
Collaborate with sales and onboarding teams to support conversions
Qualification
Required

Preferred
Experience in lead development or sales development is a plus but not required
