Divisional Vice President of Sales - Sports & Entertainment
Pritchard Industries is a leading facility services provider specializing in janitorial and operational support for venues across the U.S. They are seeking a Divisional Vice President of Sales for their Sports & Entertainment division to lead business development and sales strategy, expand their market presence, and cultivate strong relationships with venue operators.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for Pritchard Sports & Entertainment Group (PSEG), focused on driving new client acquisition and sustainable revenue growth
Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with decision-makers at stadiums, arenas, convention centers, sports franchises, entertainment venues, and third-party management firms
Lead the full sales cycle—prospecting, qualifying, discovery, solution design, RFP responses, proposal creation, contract negotiation, and close
Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, marketing, legal, and finance teams to develop tailored, client-centric service solutions
Represent PSEG as a thought leader at industry events, trade shows, and networking forums (e.g., IAVM, ALSD, Sports ETA)
Stay up to date on trends and challenges impacting venue operations (e.g., labor models, sustainability, fan experience) to ensure PSEG offerings remain competitive
Lay the foundation for future team expansion by developing scalable processes, tools, and go-to-market playbooks
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or relevant industry certifications (e.g., IAVM, IFMA) a plus
Minimum of 5 years of senior-level sales experience, ideally within sports, live entertainment, large venue operations, or facility services
Proven ability to close complex, multi-stakeholder contracts with Fortune 500 brands, public agencies, and/or high-profile venues
Understanding of venue operations, event-driven staffing requirements, and the demands of high-traffic, time-sensitive environments
Entrepreneurial mindset with strong executional focus and the ability to work autonomously
Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills at all levels of an organization
Proficiency in CRM platforms (Microsoft Dynamics preferred) and sales enablement tools
Willingness and ability to travel frequently based on opportunity volume and event schedules
