Responsibilities

Serve as the kind and knowledgeable voice for the client
Act as the frontline support team for employees navigating their amazing new benefits to help them select the best health plan
Research details and costs for employees with high-health needs, and take extra steps to ensure the right plan has been chosen
Research application issues by reviewing accounts, calling insurance carriers, and communicating with our clients as needed
Input client information in a timely and accurate manner to ensure carrier deadlines are met
Research health plans, doctor networks, and prescription costs

Required

Requires a reliable computer and a strong WiFi connection for at-home work
Ability, willingness, and comfort to engage with customers
Critical thinking skills
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask
Able to prioritize Customer and/or Vendor issues and escalate or solve with urgency
Familiarity working with web-based tools, such as CRM tools like HubSpot, or other payment processing forms
Excellent written, proofreading, and verbal communication skills
Ability to demonstrate supportive relationships with peers, clients, partners, and corporate executives

Preferred

Previous customer service experience in industries such as hospitality, financial services, retail, or restaurant
