Responsibilities

Handle plaintiff-side employment law matters from intake through resolution

Assist in building and developing an intake team and process

Develop a prelitigation strategy with the managing partner

Handle cases involving wrongful termination, wage and hour disputes, harassment, retaliation, and discrimination

Develop, lead, and conduct litigation strategy, including depositions, mediations, hearings, and settlement negotiations

Collaborate with executive leadership to develop systems, workflows, and department structure
