They are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Site Manager to design, implement, install, operate, and maintain audio video and photography services for federal agencies.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, install, operate and maintain audio video and photography services for federal agencies

This includes fixed special purpose VTC facilities, standard A/V systems installed in multi-purpose conference rooms, mobile systems on carts and personal office systems and other Video Conferencing platforms such as Zoom, Teams, Webex and other teleconference tools

The team will be responsible for research, design, planning, development, implementation, installation, modification, and maintenance of A/V systems, as well as the procurement of consumable and incidental equipment and materials

Support includes assisting customers who utilize tools like Teams and Zoom to join VTC meetings in conference rooms, facilitate large-scale Teams meetings and provide on-site assistance

If the meeting requires a traditional video conference bridge, the team will be responsible for coordinating with the hosting site

Required

Five (5) years experience in management of Visual Information activities

Comprehensive knowledge of photography, videography, graphic/digital arts, video teleconferencing, and presentations and audio/visual

Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Broadcasting, or other related field from an accredited university. However, four additional years of relevant experience to that required above, may substitute for the college degree
