.NET Core, C#, Angular (v8+)
Microsoft SQL Server – queries, stored procedures, performance tuning
AWS Cloud Services – EC2, Lambda, RDS, S3, etc
Terraform – Infrastructure as Code
Confluent Kafka – event streaming, producers/consumers, schema registry
GitHub, GitHub Copilot, JIRA, ServiceNow
TDD, BDD, CI/CD pipelines
Scalability & Resiliency – distributed systems best practices
Domain-Driven Design (DDD)
Experience with on-prem to AWS migration
No hesitation to work on legacy systems
Ability to understand legacy architecture and define modernization strategies
Team player – collaborative and respectful
Strong communication – technical and non-technical audiences
Problem-solving mindset – proactive and analytical
Adaptable – thrives in dynamic environments
Ownership & accountability – takes initiative
Strategic thinking – especially around legacy modernization
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Minimum 5+ years of experience in full stack development with .NET technologies
Preferred
Monitoring & Observability – CloudWatch, Dynatrace, New Relic (Good to Have)
Good to have: experience with Camunda BPM
