5 years of experience with bachelor's degree in business or technical field, OR 2 years of experience with a master's degree in business or technical field

Experience analyzing, designing, and optimizing HR processes within the ServiceNow HRSD platform

Experience implementing processes, workflows and capabilities

Experience with all phases of the SDLC and agile development from a functional perspective, including User Acceptance Testing facilitation and execution, and End User Training planning

Experience with stakeholder management, requirements gathering and discovery session facilitation
