Responsibilities
Lead and inspire a diverse team across all departments including front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, engineering, and guest services
Develop and execute strategic plans to optimize operational efficiency, guest satisfaction, and profitability
Oversee seasonal transitions, ensuring seamless operations during peak winter and summer periods, including staffing, service offerings, and guest programming
Collaborate with HOA boards and residential stakeholders to maintain property standards, address concerns, and foster a sense of community
Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting with a focus on revenue growth and cost control
Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, including safety, labor, and environmental standards
Champion a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement
Represent the resort in the local community and with tourism partners to enhance brand visibility and drive business
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 7 years of progressive leadership experience in luxury resort or hotel management
Demonstrated success managing seasonal operations and adapting to fluctuating business volumes
Proven experience working with Homeowners Associations, including board relations, budgeting, and property management
Strong financial acumen with experience in P&L oversight, budgeting, and strategic planning
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; ability to lead with empathy and inspire high-performing teams
Deep understanding of luxury service standards and guest experience expectations
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
