Integrated Product Support Manager (Onsite)

Responsibilities
Executes business plans, Earned Value (EV) calculations and data deliverables for Program Management
Analyzes program metrics and status to develop business plans and proposals
Assists in developing accurate program estimates to monitor EV performance
Monitors progress of program against plans, EV targets, and other metrics using control and reporting systems
Manages EV calculations, planning, and data deliverables for all program phases from inception through completion
Manages and completes all program IPS Deliverables (CDRLs/SDRLs)
Collects data and analysis in support of the negotiation of contracts and contractual changes including coordinating preparations of proposals, business plans, proposal work statements, operating budgets, specifications and financial conditions of contracts
Coordinates customer action item responses to meet customer program objectives
Maintains program templates, metrics and presentation materials to ensure information on program status and performance is available for further analysis
May be required to oversee multiple programs and delegate work to analyst as needed
Qualification
Required
Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience
Must have experience with the 12 Elements of Logistics
Experience in Integrated Product Support (IPS)
Experience in Performance Based Logistics (PBL)
Must have prior experience working with internal and external customers
Experience with plan and budget enhancements, as well as communication planning
Preferred
Experience with maintenance processes
Experience with military supply chain operations
Prior program management experience
ITAR/SAP experience
Must have experience with Military aircraft platform Logistic Elements
Domain knowledge of E4-B Community or other military aircraft platforms
