Responsibilities
Lead and support regulatory change initiatives related to Errors & Omissions in regulatory reporting
Identify, analyze, and document inaccuracies in regulatory reporting requirements
Partner with Compliance, Risk, Operations, and Technology teams to assess impacts and implement corrective actions
Support project planning, execution, tracking, and reporting activities
Prepare business requirements, gap analyses, and regulatory impact assessments
Ensure alignment with CFTC, SEC, and Dodd-Frank regulatory requirements
Provide ongoing support to strengthen governance, controls, and reporting processes
Assist in implementing best industry practices to prevent future regulatory issues
Qualification
Required
4–6 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Project Manager, or BA/PM hybrid
Strong knowledge of Dodd-Frank Regulatory Reform, including CFTC and SEC regulations
Experience with Financial Regulatory Reporting
Exposure to Non-Financial Regulatory Reporting frameworks
Proven experience working on regulatory change or compliance-driven projects
Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, regulated financial services environment
Preferred
Prior experience working with consulting firms (Big 4 / Capco / similar)
Background in risk, compliance, or regulatory remediation projects
Familiarity with control frameworks and audit support
