PM Hotel Group | Summer 2026 People + Culture Intern | Support Center
PM Hotel Group is offering a high-impact, 9-week internship for students interested in People + Culture. The role focuses on talent development, recruitment, associate engagement, and diversity initiatives while providing hands-on experience in HR operations.

Responsibilities
Assist in designing content for leadership programs, onboarding materials, and culture‑building sessions
Help coordinate both in‑person and virtual learning experiences
Analyze learning data to identify opportunities for program enhancement
Support early‑career hiring through posting roles, reviewing resumes, and participating in screenings
Help facilitate interview coordination, hospitality career outreach, and candidate experience projects
Plan and execute summer engagement activities, monthly recognition efforts, and culture campaigns
Contribute to internal communications, including newsletters and storytelling pieces
Assist with data collection and reporting to assess engagement trends
Gain exposure to HR systems, compliance, onboarding, policy updates, and offboarding processes
Support project work related to SOP updates, People + Culture toolkits, and leader resources
Assist with Support Center culture events throughout June and July
Support ongoing DEI initiatives, including PM’s women’s leadership efforts, mentorship programs, and inclusive workplace strategies
Help produce communications and collateral highlighting belonging initiatives across the company
Qualification
Required
Driven, people-centered student
Interest in developing foundational People + Culture, talent development, culture, and organizational leadership skills
Ability to assist in designing content for leadership programs, onboarding materials, and culture-building sessions
