The role involves collaborating with product managers, developers, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality enterprise-grade solutions.

Responsibilities

Understand business and technical requirements and convert them into test scenarios

Design, develop, and maintain manual and automated test cases

Perform functional, regression, integration, API, and UI testing

Automate test cases using tools like Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or Katalon

Validate REST APIs using Postman / REST Assured

Participate in BDD (Cucumber / Gherkin) test development

Execute tests in CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI)

Identify, log, track, and verify defects using tools like JIRA

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product quality

Ensure test coverage for web, mobile, and backend services

Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes
