Responsibilities
Provide clerical support to Anesthesia department leaders
Data entry, filing, creating documents and presentation, QGenda and Kronos scheduling/timekeeping, processing invoices, licensures and CME payments, preparing agenda’s, taking meeting minutes, scheduling conference rooms, answering phones and other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Equivalent of an Associates Degree in a related field is required
Knowledge of medical terminology required
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint required
Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired
Preferred
Three years of medical office experience preferred
