Responsibilities

Lead and manage the civil/structural engineering team, including a few direct reports

Oversee design and analysis for foundations, structures, and site layouts for solar, BESS, and substation projects

Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and project specifications

Collaborate with project managers, electrical engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver integrated solutions

Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and performance management for team members

Review and approve engineering deliverables and calculations

Support project development, permitting, and construction phases as needed
