Responsibilities

Support Company’s Global Warehouse Team in the completion of tasks associated with Company’s implementation of SAP S/4HANA

Focus on physical financial flow (PFF) tolling as it relates to warehouse business processes

Conduct script testing in ALM

Work closely with system architects, business process owners, and other stakeholders to ensure warehouse business requirements are met and system go-live occurs without adverse impact to warehouse business processes

Analyze system specifications and resolve warehouse issues documented in Jira

Utilize critical thinking skills to understand how changes in other areas can impact warehouse requirements or processes

Required

5+ YOE in GMP warehousing is a must have, strong preference for Pharma or Biotech experience, script testing, and basic project management skills

Strong preference for candidates who have had multiple years of experience in the same role in previous work history

There is also a strong preference for candidates who have on-the-floor warehouse experience in a cGMP environment

Top 3 Must Have Skill Sets: SAP Experience, Warehouse Experience, Project Management Experience

Preferred

Strong understanding of warehouse business processes

SAP experience, particularly preferred in warehouse modules WM, SRM, and EWM

Experience administering test sets to support a system implementation

Experience working on a geographically dispersed project team in an FDA-regulated industry (cGMP regulated)

Strong computer skills including knowledge of MS Office Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint)

Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, project management, problem solving, analytical and quantitative skills

Demonstrated personal initiative, self-motivation, flexibility and adaptability
