HR Admin (Temporary Position)
The Timken Company is a global leader in industrial equipment and renewable energy solutions. They are seeking an HR Admin to support the company by handling a wide range of administrative tasks, ensuring smooth office operations and assisting the HR team.
Mechanical Or Industrial Engineering
Responsibilities
Coordinate and schedule meetings, assist with booking conference rooms, and ordering lunches as needed
Electronic filing of documents
Organize and capture data related to intermittent FMLA
Provide day-to-day assistance and provide timely responses to employees by utilizing different platforms of communication (in person, email, texting, etc.)
Manage and maintain training records
Actively participate in the community service committee
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma required
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Strong organizational, scheduling and time management skills
Ability to operate with high amount of confidentiality and professionalism
Strong computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Power point)
