Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support recruitment operations across their Hualalai resort. This role is essential in attracting talent and ensuring a respectful candidate experience while partnering with hiring managers to meet operational needs.

Responsibilities

Represent the Four Seasons culture and values in every candidate and hiring manager interaction, creating a welcoming and inclusive experience reflective of our ʻOhana
Partner with hiring managers to attract talent aligned with our culture and values, supporting recruitment efforts that reflect the local community and workforce of Hawaiʻi Island
Review applications, conduct phone screens, and identify qualified candidates
Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring smooth logistics for both candidates and hiring managers
Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, delivering a positive and professional experience throughout the process
Maintain accurate recruitment records and job postings in our applicant tracking system (Workday)
Generate recruitment reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making
Provide guidance and training to hiring managers on recruitment processes, interview best practices, and system usage
Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies, maintaining accurate documentation in Workday
Assist with job fairs, hiring events, and special recruitment initiatives as needed
Support employee engagement activities and onboarding during peak hiring periods

Required

Legal authorization to work in the United States
1–3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, human resources, or a related field
Proficiency in navigating computer systems and applicant tracking platforms
Strong communication skills and a service-oriented, people-first approach
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed to support recruitment events or business demands
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Preferred

Familiarity with Hawaiʻi Island's local workforce, community, or hospitality environment
Experience with HR systems (Workday preferred)
