Team Lead Night Shift

Responsibilities

Supervise, lead, and coordinate a team of production operators or technicians
Ensure daily production targets and quality standards are met
Monitor workflow and adjust manpower or machine assignments as needed
Train and mentor team members on standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety protocols, and equipment usage
Enforce health and safety regulations and promote a safe working environment
Maintain accurate production records and prepare shift reports
Communicate effectively with other departments (maintenance, quality, logistics) to ensure smooth operations
Identify process inefficiencies and suggest improvements
Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews
Ensure equipment and tools are properly maintained and calibrated
Support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives

Required

High school diploma or GED
Previous experience in manufacturing or production is an advantage
Experience working under Lean Manufacturing or 5S principles
Strong understanding of production processes, safety standards, and quality control
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
Proficient in using basic computer applications (MS Office, ERP systems)
