Responsibilities
Assist customers with product pick-ups in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
Work directly alongside the Warehouse Manager as a daily support person
Receive incoming shipments, verify accuracy, and properly tag, stock, and organize inventory
Maintain a clean, safe, and well-arranged warehouse, including sweeping, trash removal, aisle organization, and general upkeep
Help keep the sales floor organized and visually appealing by assisting with merchandise placement, rug handling, and moving products as needed
Take ownership of maintaining inventory flow—ensuring items are stored, staged, and accessible
Support floor merchandising projects, display moves, and product setups
Be proactive in identifying and addressing areas needing organization, cleaning, or rearranging
Uphold high standards of care when handling all merchandise
Qualification
Required
Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
Dependable, ethical, and motivated with a strong sense of responsibility
Ability to lift up to 250 lbs with team assistance
Solid understanding of warehouse operations, organization, and inventory handling
Enjoys cleaning, organizing, and keeping a neat workspace
Warehouse: 1 year (Required)
