Handle personal injury and insurance defense matters
Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
Take and defend depositions
Prepare cases for hearings, mediations, and trial
Appear in court and work directly with partners
Qualification
Required
1–7 years of PI and/or insurance defense litigation experience is a plus
Florida Bar admission (active, in good standing)
Strong writing, organization, and communication skills
Motivated self-starter who wants to grow as a litigator
