Responsibilities

Identify, develop, and close new revenue opportunities within enterprise and mid-market accounts
Build a scalable pipeline aligned with company growth goals
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies targeting retailers, 3PLs, logistics networks, and e-commerce brands
Lead strategic sales cycles from initial outreach to contract negotiation
Build and manage relationships with logistics partners, reverse logistics providers, 3PLs, and supply chain technology platforms
Identify cross-selling and integration opportunities that strengthen the company’s overall ecosystem
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to communicate market needs and influence roadmap decisions
Maintain deep understanding of industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer pain points in the reverse logistics and returns space
Provide market feedback to leadership to refine messaging, positioning, and commercial strategy
Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and partner events
Partner closely with Marketing to develop campaigns, case studies, and demand-generation initiatives
Mentor and support junior business development team members as the organization scales

Required

7–12+ years of experience in Business Development, Strategic Partnerships, or Enterprise Sales
Proven experience in SaaS, ideally within e-commerce, logistics, or supply chain tech
Direct exposure to reverse logistics, returns management, or supply chain operations (preferred)
Strong network within retail, logistics, or e-commerce ecosystems is a major plus
Demonstrated ability to manage long sales cycles and close complex enterprise deals
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and executive-level relationship-building skills
Highly analytical, strategic thinker with a track record of delivering revenue growth

Preferred

Experience with integrations/API-driven SaaS solutions
Understanding of warehouse operations, 3PL workflows, and post-purchase systems
Ability to translate operational challenges into clear technical requirements
Strong presentation and storytelling abilities
