Responsibilities
Provide supervision for research and analysis, clerical tasks, the implementation of benefits programs and policies, and other activities associated with the organization's employee benefits
Apply specific functional knowledge; working/general industry knowledge
Develop or contribute to solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity
Work independently with some guidance
Qualification
Required
3-5 years of experience in Human Resources
3+ years of experience with Benefits, Benefits Open enrollment and analyzation
Experience with a human resources information system (HRIS)
Experience with Microsoft office suite at a proficient level
Ability to connect with all levels within the organization to foster a collaborative work environment
Ability to plan, prioritize responsibilities, meet deadlines, and work well with competing demands
Ability to work with a team to establish and maintain operational practices and programs
Knowledge of a broad range of human resource strategies and practices, including compensation, performance management, employee relations, onboarding and exit processes, and leave of absence; able to apply these strategies and practices in compliance with employment regulations
Bachelor's degree in human resources, labor relations, organizational development, business or related area, or a HS Diploma and 9+ years of experience in Human Resources and Benefits
Preferred
Experience with Paylocity, iCIMS, and/or Deltek
Experience within the Intel Community and/or DoD industry experience and hiring highly cleared candidates
Ability to be a self-starter with excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize competing duties
Ability to be a systems thinker, suggesting ways to simplify or improve processes
Ability to be a quick learner with a technical aptitude to navigate and utilize our tools and systems
Possession of positive energy/attitude and willingness to jump in where necessary
Possession of effective verbal and written communication skills
