Managing quality assurance and quality management processes
Conducting laboratory assessments
Interpreting data to maintain standards
Leading quality improvement initiatives

Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Quality Control and Quality Assurance processes
Strong expertise in Quality Management and developing protocols
Experience in Laboratory Skills and conducting analyses
Familiarity with Microbiology concepts and practices
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Bachelor's degree in a science-related field
Preferred
advanced degree is a plus
Relevant certifications in quality management or related fields are advantageous
