Responsibilities

Support the safeguarding program by identifying and resolving data and processing issues. Log defects, coordinate accurate data fixes, verify implementation and document RCA (Root Cause Analysis)

Develop comprehensive testing scenarios. Execute, review, and validate the results. Maintain evidence of test results and document audit trail

Update the Business Requirements Document (BRD)

Collaborate with product management to ensure safeguarding project milestones and major deliverables are on schedule. Identify potential risks and recommend achievable solutions
