Responsibilities

Conduct on-site investigations to evaluate damages to residential and commercial structures
Draft detailed, accurate engineering reports aligned with company standards
Communicate findings clearly with clients and stakeholders, keeping documentation up to date
Deliver exceptional customer service to both internal and external clients
Review and provide feedback on peer engineering reports
Track project progress, schedules, and budgets, escalating issues when needed
Support project demands with flexibility

Required

Bachelor's degree in Civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering
Active P.E. license
2–3 years in failure analysis, construction, building codes, or related engineering fields
Strong written and verbal communication skills

Dependable, self-motivated, and able to thrive both independently and in a team setting
Positive attitude, professionalism, and alignment with a collaborative, client-first culture
Valid driver's license
Clean driving record
Willingness to travel up to 40%
Ability to stand for long periods and lift/move 50–100 lbs
Comfortable climbing roofs, ladders, scaffolding, or entering crawl spaces
Frequent bending, kneeling, crouching, or crawling as required

Preferred

Master's degree in Civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering
