The Leadership & Community Impact Internship offers a guided leadership development experience where the intern works closely with leadership to mentor learners, support educational programming, and coordinate community impact initiatives.

Responsibilities

Mentor learners and support leadership development
Assist in designing and facilitating learning experiences
Support community impact projects and youth initiatives
Help organize events, programs, and partnerships
Track progress, documentation, and follow-up
Build strong relationships with learners, families, and staff

Required

Demonstrated leadership presence with the ability to mentor, guide, and support learners in a growth-oriented environment
Ability to plan, prioritize, and follow through on meaningful projects with care, clarity, and accountability
Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally with students, families, and community partners
Capacity to collaborate, take initiative, and adapt within a dynamic, learner-driven setting
Genuine passion for education, youth development, and community impact

Preferred

Experience working with children or in educational or community-based settings
Comfort using digital tools for communication, organization, and documentation
Bachelor's degree in Education, Social Work, Psychology, Community Relations, Human Services, or a related field
