Responsibilities
Lead Mobile and Web application development programs spanning multiple concurrent projects
Develop program strategy, business cases, project plans, and delivery roadmaps
Own delivery of all projects within the IT portfolio — scope, schedule, budget, and quality
Ensure integration across projects and proactively adjust scope, timelines, and budgets based on business needs
Communicate program strategy, progress, risks, and changes to senior IT and business leadership
Partner with executive stakeholders to identify and prioritize IT initiatives that drive business outcomes
Establish and maintain best-in-class program management processes (planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management)
Identify, assess, and mitigate program-level risks and issues
Manage and mentor multiple Project Managers, Project Leads, and support staff
Track and report program status across cross-functional, geographically distributed teams
Create and maintain detailed project schedules and integrated program plans
Manage change using formal change management processes to control scope, cost, quality, and timelines
Maintain accurate program data in program/project management tools and systems
Recommend and implement improvements to streamline processes and improve delivery efficiency
Qualification
Required
5–7+ years of experience in IT Program or Project Management
Proven experience managing Mobile and Web application development programs
Strong knowledge of project lifecycle management, scheduling, budgeting, and dependency management
Expertise in Risk & Issue Management
Experience managing multiple projects and cross-functional teams simultaneously
Strong stakeholder communication and executive-level reporting skills
Ability to work in fast-paced, enterprise environments
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Business, Engineering, or a related field
Preferred
Experience supporting Automotive, Electric Vehicle, Manufacturing, or Technology-driven enterprises
Hands-on experience with program/project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, Clarity, etc.)
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
