Responsibilities
Lead study team as a Principal Investigator, ensuring trials are conducted safely and per protocol
Conduct clinical intake interviews to determine medical eligibility of potential study participants
Educate potential participants about diseases and the benefits of clinical trial participation
Manage the safety of study participants; respond appropriately to adverse events in a timely manner
Attend investigational meetings for clinical trials and scientific conferences
Provide medical leadership to our team of clinicians and study coordinators
Maintain all required licenses
Qualification
Required
Board-certified in Neurology
Valid license to practice medicine in California (or license-eligible)
Experience working with older adults in a clinical or research setting
A command of professional spoken and written English
Preferred
Prior clinical research experience
