Responsibilities
You take ownership of the end-to-end operational excellence of our People Operations function
You lead and develop the People Ops team, creating clarity, structure, and accountability
You ensure smooth and reliable employee lifecycle processes (from contracts to onboarding and HRIS)
You design and continuously improve scalable People Ops processes, standard operating procedures, and tools
You translate People & Culture strategy and policies into efficient operational workflows
You act as a trusted operational counterpart within People & Culture and enable the function to scale
Qualification
Required
several years of experience in HR Operations / People Operations, ideally in a growing organisation
proven people leadership experience and enjoy developing teams
strong experience with HR processes and HRIS systems
highly structured, reliable, and execution-focused
communicate clearly in both English & German
