Educate clients on wellness plans, preventative care, and post-visit instructions to promote long-term pet health

Ensure the lobby is clean and organized

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Comfort using computers and veterinary software
Compassionate and professional demeanor with clients and pets
Dependable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, squatting, reach, standing, and walking throughout the day
Must be comfortable working in an environment with animals of all sizes, including exposure to noise, odors, and pet dander
High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred

Previous experience in a veterinary, medical, or customer service setting preferred
AAS or higher preferred
