Responsibilities

Lead business development and sales efforts, focusing on large accounts and high-value partnerships

Achieve and exceed sales quotas in the assigned region (West Coast)

Collaborate with end-customers for validation, testing, and prototyping

Engage with OEM's (machine builders) to integrate our technologies for scaled-up production

Work closely with partners and key decision-makers

Utilize CRM tools to manage customer relationships and track sales activities effectively

Contribute to building a larger business presence and market share in the U.S

Required

Higher degree in business and sales

Proven experience in a similar role, ideally in an industrial or technological context

Extensive experience in sales, channel and large account management

Proven success in managing and growing relationships with large industrial customers

Technical knowledge of robots or automation systems

Familiarity with the industrial and manufacturing landscape of the western region, including sectors like medical devices, automotive and aerospace components, electronics and electrical equipment, and pharmaceuticals and biotech research

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Proficiency with CRM systems; being a CRM power user is essential

Fluency in English

Requires living in the US (West Coast) and having a valid work permit to work there
