Responsibilities
Translate high-level sales and go-to-market (GTM) strategies into high-impact acceleration programs
Identify and propose data-driven adjustments based on market insights, competitive intelligence, and performance metrics
Lead and develop high-performing teams, building alignment across cross-functional stakeholders
Design, launch, and own end-to-end sales acceleration programs to strengthen revenue architecture
Leverage advanced data analytics, sales enablement tools, and rigorous project management to mitigate risks and provide updates on business impact
Qualification
Required
5+ years experience in sales as an Account Manager or Sales Specialist
5+ years experience designing and delivering sales programs with measurable revenue impact
3+ years experience directly managing and leading a team
Preferred
3+ years experience as an Account Manager or Sales Specialist at Cisco
Cisco Cloud + AI Infrastructure portfolio acumen (e.g. networking, compute, storage, partnerships like NVIDIA, VAST)
Strong data analytics skills with ability to derive insights and business recommendations
Experience contributing to Sales/GTM strategy or revenue architecture
