Huntr Talent Group is a rapidly expanding SaaS company growing its presence in the US market. They are seeking a full-cycle Account Executive who will own their territory, generate outbound leads, and manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing.

Responsibilities

Build outbound pipeline via cold calls, email, social outreach, events, and in-person activity
Manage the full sales cycle from first touch to close
Hit and exceed monthly revenue targets
Track activity, pipeline, and KPIs to drive predictable results
Maintain accurate CRM records
Develop and refine outbound messaging and sales processes for the US market
Stay current on product updates, competitor movements, and industry trends
Attend trade shows and industry events
Contribute to ongoing US go-to-market execution

Required

Closing experience (SaaS / tech preferred)
Proven ability to self-source pipeline
Strong cold calling and objection-handling skills
Experience running demos and managing short sales cycles

Highly self-directed, organised, and accountable
Comfortable selling into an SMB-focused market
