Account Manager
Hawthorn Creative is an award-winning agency specializing in brand development and marketing for the hospitality and luxury space. They are seeking an Account Manager to be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth project execution and fostering strong client relationships.

Responsibilities
Lead client onboarding and set clear expectations
Serve as the main client contact, building strong, trust-based relationships
Manage communication, timelines, deliverables, and budgets across projects
Act as client advocate while solving problems and anticipating needs
Gather feedback, identify opportunities for growth, and support upselling efforts
Track KPIs and share client success and feedback with leadership
Partnering closely with our new biz team, you’ll manage the clients they bring in while also prospecting and landing new accounts to grow your own portfolio
Qualification
Required
3+ years in account management or client services (agency experience preferred)
Familiarity with marketing strategies, branding, and digital channels
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Experience with CRM and project management tools (e.g., Salesforce)
Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment
Preferred
CHDM certification or other relevant hospitality/marketing certifications a plus
