Construction
Responsibilities
Create audio/visual wiring diagrams, architectural drawings, calculations, and submittals for projects
Act as a resource, providing technical assistance for projects during bidding, design, permitting and construction
Provide efficiency reviews and/or value engineering options for existing designs
Coordinate with clients, consultants and project personnel
Work with business development team to design code-compliant, contract-compliant and cost-effective systems
Qualification
Required
Must have at least 3-5 years' experience with Audio Visual Systems design required; experience with large-scale, multi-family residential projects a plus
Proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit (BIM) is required
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Excel, and Word
Understand overall theory of audio visual, lighting controls, and shade controls
Demonstrate and uphold all of Power Design's core values, which include integrity, accountability, teamwork, innovation and growth
Preferred
Bluebeam Revu is preferred
Familiarity with Crestron and/or Lutron preferred
