Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
Typically 4-7 years of experience and 0-1 years of management experience
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Effective communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction and collaboration across teams
