Responsibilities

Utilizing a microscope, verify that products meet or exceed manufacturing guidelines

Record inspection results accurately in quality logs, travelers, and computer systems. Report non-conformances and deviations promptly to supervisors, production managers, and quality engineers. Maintain traceability of inspected products and materials. Perform First Article review

Work closely with production managers to identify and resolve quality issues. Provide feedback to operators and supervisors on corrective actions. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and efficiency
