Technical Program Manager, Supply Strategy and Portfolio Planning
Google is a leading technology company that is seeking a Technical Program Manager for their Supply Strategy and Portfolio Planning team. In this role, you will lead complex engineering projects, manage project schedules, and communicate with stakeholders while ensuring the infrastructure needs of Google's services are met.

Responsibilities
Design and develop models for location strategy given land, energy and networking constraints. Understand business trade-offs and translate to input and modeling requirements. Produce and maintain model results with explainability and traceability
Analyze multitudes of data sources reflecting various layers of demand granularities across data centers and networking stacks. Design data validation, integrity and governance policies
Drive execution of scalable models in collaboration with software engineers and supply planning teams. Create communication channels across various teams
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience
5 years of experience in program management
Experience developing data-driven models and insights
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field
5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects
Experience in demand forecast and release management
Experience in data management, establishing best practices and validation
Experience in infrastructure planning (data center or networking)
