Responsibilities
Drive strategy and execution accelerating TPU Ecosystem by building a performant, ML software stack, and accelerating the ecosystem to support TPU deployment
Work closely with Engineering, Product and Technical Program Management leadership and align project priorities and schedules
Work closely with partner product areas on managing expectations and ensuring smooth delivery by minimizing escalations
Identify and solve cross-functional and inter-team issues quickly
Manage multiple interdependent projects of high complexity and scope while managing communication of objectives, progress, and project status with stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience
5 years of experience in program management
Experience with machine learning infrastructure
Experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., JAX, PyTorch, or TensorFlow) or compilers
Preferred
5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects
Experience with machine learning modeling
Experience with kernels
Experience coding in C++ for low-level performance and Python for framework integration
Ability to manage ambiguity and a high degree of self-motivation
