Architecture & Planning
Responsibilities
Lead projects from design through construction administration
Produce and oversee detailed construction documentation and specifications
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and clients to ensure design intent and technical accuracy
Integrate Revit workflows, BIM, and visualization tools into design and delivery
Mentor and guide junior team members, cultivating professional growth and collaboration
Qualification
Required
6–10 years of professional experience with demonstrated leadership on built projects
Proficiency with Revit and Adobe Creative Suite
Extensive knowledge of design principles, codes, and standards
Advanced documentation and field observational skills
Advanced interior architecture detailing expertise
Demonstrated ability to manage and lead junior staff through direct authority and subject matter expertise
Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
Preferred
Licensed or actively pursuing licensure
