Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to commercial businesses using provided call lists
Introduce our commercial janitorial services professionally
Identify decision-makers and qualify prospects
Schedule appointments for our sales team
Accurately document call outcomes and appointments
Meet or exceed daily and weekly call and appointment goals
Represent the company with professionalism and integrity
Qualification
Required
Experience in tele-sales, appointment setting, or inside sales preferred
Strong communication and phone skills
Confident, professional, and persuasive demeanor
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Ability to work on-site (this is not a remote position)
Driver's License (Required)
