Responsibilities
Manage international and domestic shipments (ocean, air, and domestic) from booking through delivery
Communicate directly with offshore manufacturing partners and external clients to align production readiness, documentation, and delivery timelines
Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, carriers, and 3PLs
Monitor shipment visibility, resolve delays, and provide proactive updates
Support import/export documentation and U.S. Customs compliance
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, International Business, Transportation, or related field
5–7 years of experience in global transportation or import/export operations
Strong written and verbal communication skills across time zones and cultures
Working knowledge of Incoterms, customs documentation, and trade compliance
