Required

Strong experience with IT security tools such as Qualys VMDR, Splunk, and ServiceNow
Proven ability to manage end-to-end VPN and IT process workflows, including ticketing and escalation
Familiarity with network security best practices, access management, and automation for enterprise environments
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and in a team setting
