Responsibilities
Maintain and audit CMMS data integrity to ensure accurate tracking of assets, equipment, and work orders
Configure and optimize system workflows, preventive maintenance schedules, inspections, and approvals to maximize operational efficiency
Generate and validate boilerplate and custom reports for management decision-making, including KPI tracking
Advise leadership on data reporting requirements and strategies to evaluate key performance indicators
Assist in developing and implementing training programs for new and existing users to maximize system adoption and proficiency
Identify, analyze, and recommend workflow improvements and maintenance program revisions to optimize facility operations
Meet regularly with client management to review best practices, update processes, and improve operational performance
Serve as a liaison with the software developer to resolve system issues or implement enhancements
Qualification
Required
5+ years of hands-on experience with enterprise CMMS platforms, including VenueAware, IBM Maximo, SAP EAM, Infor EAM, or Oracle eAM
Strong expertise in data integrity, system configuration, workflow optimization, preventive maintenance, inspections, and reporting
Demonstrated ability to audit, analyze, and improve CMMS processes and generate actionable management reports
Experience designing and delivering user training programs to maximize adoption and system proficiency
Ability to troubleshoot complex system workflows and recommend process improvements
Excellent communication skills and is able to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Comfortable working fully remote, managing priorities, and maintaining accountability in a high-demand environment
Preferred
Experience supporting large-scale venues, stadiums, or public-sector facilities
Familiarity with preventive maintenance and inspection workflows
Experience with multiple CMMS platforms and the ability to transfer expertise between systems
