Work in a thriving, diverse real estate practice

Engage in commercial real estate transactions, including leasing, purchase & sale agreements, real estate due diligence, leasing, real estate finance transactions, and development-related contracts

Qualification

Required

Juris Doctorate (J.D.) Degree from an ABA-accredited law school

7+ years of experience with commercial real estate transactions, including: Leasing, Purchase & sale agreements, Real estate due diligence, including title review, Real estate finance transactions, Development-related contracts

Strong interest in engaging in real estate and construction, natural resources, and/or ports industry groups and business development

Excellent academic credentials and professional references, as well as solid legal research, writing, and communication skills

Demonstrated ownership of projects and willingness to work hard in a team-oriented setting, but with significant independence

A track record showing exemplary client service, organizational skills, and teamwork

Excellent skills in legal research, analysis, writing, and in communication

Oregon State Bar admission or eligibility for reciprocity is required
