Responsibilities
Prepare and post journal entries, including accruals, amortization, and depreciation
Provides monthly review and reconciliation of general ledger balance sheet accounts
Perform monthly bank reconciliations
Perform month/year-end closing tasks
Audit Support for annual third-party audit
Proficiency as backup for accounts receivable and accounts payable
Identify and implement improvements in financial processes
Proficiency using Docuware invoice storage system
Provide consolidated information and reporting for all sites as requested
Qualification
Required
Prepare and post journal entries, including accruals, amortization, and depreciation
Provides monthly review and reconciliation of general ledger balance sheet accounts
Perform monthly bank reconciliations
Perform month/year-end closing tasks
Audit Support for annual third-party audit
Proficiency as backup for accounts receivable and accounts payable
Identify and implement improvements in financial processes
Proficiency using Docuware invoice storage system
Provide consolidated information and reporting for all sites as requested
Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and the Atlas ERP system
Strong understanding of GAAP
Strong ability in managing and processing large quantities of data
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Microsoft Excel - intermediate proficient – V-Lookups & H-Lookups a plus
Proactive and customer focused
Build and maintain constructive relationships
Efficient in communicating both orally and in writing with all levels of staff
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
A minimum of three years experience, aerospace manufacturing preferred
ERP experience (Microsoft AX a plus)
