Responsibilities
Own the data, insights, and decision frameworks that power CoreWeave’s end-to-end supply chain
Translate complex datasets into actionable intelligence that informs buy-forward decisions, capacity allocation, inventory strategy, and executive trade-offs
Build and scale a high-impact analytics organization
Establish a robust analytics architecture
Elevate the company from descriptive reporting to predictive and prescriptive decision-making
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Supply Chain Analytics, or a related field
10+ years of experience in supply chain analytics, planning, or supply chain strategy
Direct experience supporting data center, server, semiconductor, or advanced hardware supply chains
Proven track record of building and scaling analytics functions that influence capital allocation and sourcing decisions
Deep expertise in ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle) and supply chain planning concepts
Strong understanding of multi-tier BOM structures and constrained supply environments
Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python or R
Hands-on experience with BI and data visualization tools
Experience integrating external supplier, market, or logistics data into planning and analytics models
Preferred
Experience supporting hyper-scale or high-growth infrastructure environments
Exposure to DCIM, PLM, or logistics systems
Background developing predictive or prescriptive analytics for inventory optimization, capacity planning, or supplier risk management
