Responsibilities

Develop a deep understanding of the business, market landscape, customers, sales channels to define key personas and their needs
Collaborate on the development of communications programs and campaigns that align with marketing strategies that enable the company to meet its sales and business growth goals
Lead the creation of communications collateral, media, and experiences through direct management of the in-house team and external agency partners
Strengthen and guide the capabilities of our creative team and partners to refine and elevate brand expression while ensuring alignment with corporate identity
Build out the people, processes and infrastructure needed to support the long-term growth of the communications function
Direct the international communications team to foster strong collaboration with regional sales, marketing and business functions
Oversee public relations and advertising efforts with in-country teams, including agency/media selection, planning, and execution

Required

15+ years of professional experience, with at least 5 years of international comms experience
Proven ability to lead, influence and collaborate across the organization
Marketing & communications experience with a global product manufacturer
Deep knowledge of the creative process and management of creative is critical
Direct, hands-on experience developing marketing communications assets for global product launches and ongoing channel development including digital marketing development, literature development, advertising purchasing, trade shows, sales demos and retail displays, social media, and public relations
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Design or related field
Willingness to travel internationally up to 25% of the time

Preferred

Luxury product experience is a plus
Bilingual in French/Spanish and in-country experience a plus
