Responsibilities
Maintain accurate, orderly, and neat filing system for screening sheets
Draft disposition letters for closed-out cases
Process all Grand Jury notifications accurately and in a timely manner
Obtain Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) abstracts
Provide telephone coverage when necessary
Requisition office supplies for the bureau
Act as a liaison between the office and partnering agencies
Perform miscellaneous-related clerical tasks as needed
Qualification
Required
The ability to understand and carry out simple instructions is required
Candidates must be able to understand and be understood in English
