Responsibilities

Oversee daily cash positioning, forecasting, fund transfers, and bank account administration
Analyze cash trends, prepare management reports (monthly/quarterly), support audits, and provide insights for strategic decisions
Assist with hedging (currency/interest rate), compliance (FBAR, SOX), internal controls, and evaluating financial risks
Support short-term investments, debt management, and analysis for potential acquisitions/divestitures
Enhance treasury processes, implement new systems (TMS), and automate workflows for efficiency
Build relationships with internal partners, leadership, and external partners
Research and recommend banks and financial partners as needed
Other duties as needed and assigned

Required

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required
Ability to regularly commute to an office in Minneapolis. Local talent strongly preferred!
Five or more years in corporate treasury/cash management with progressively more responsibility
Proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, Treasury Management Systems (TMS), online banking portals
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills; ability to work cross-functionally

Preferred

Experience with an international company
Previous large company experience preferred
Certified Treasury Professional would be nice to have but not required
